Well sports fans, its been just over 4 months since the Liberty Flames completed the best season in school history (as far as wins) with a 26-3 domination of the Elon Phoenix (ranked #10 in the country at the time), finished with one of the highest end of year rankings in school history, but were still denied a spot in the 2008 FCS playoffs (which would be won by Richmond so belated congratulations to them).
Well Thursday night at 7:20 PM the 2009 Liberty Flames will begin their spring practice season. Let's look at what is gone:
